Saturday 27th September
2 hours of tennis- Action
I had to wake up at 7 to go to tennis but it felt good to have an energetic start to the day. We worked mainly on physical workouts such as jogs, sprints and skipping. I really need to improve my physical condition because I was really worn out after this session. I told my coach that I may not be able to come for lessons for a while as I will be practicing for SAISA basketball during the next few weeks.
